Introduction of Muslim law
- Muslim law is a personal law which is applied only on Muslims. Muslim law in India the portion of Islamic civil law which is applied to Muslims as a personal law.
- Muslim law is the body of law which is derived from the Quran. However Islamic law talked about man’s duties rather than his rights.
- Islamic law is known to be originated from the divine and note like the man -made laws that are passed by the lawmaker and are governed by principles of modern system of law
WHO ARE MUSLIM?
- That person is Muslim who adopt the faith of Islam. Islam is a religion in which it is believed that:
- The Allah is one and only one.
- Mohammad is his messenger (Rasual)
- According to the court of law, the only requirement for being a Muslim is the belief in one God and prophethood of Mohammad.
