CONCEPT OF MUSLIM

Introduction of Muslim law

  • Muslim law is a personal law which is applied only on Muslims. Muslim law in India the portion of Islamic civil law which is applied to Muslims as a personal law.
  • Muslim law is the body of law which is derived from the Quran. However Islamic law talked about man’s duties rather than his rights.
  • Islamic law is known to be originated from the divine and note like the man -made laws that are passed by the lawmaker and are governed by principles of modern system of law

WHO ARE MUSLIM?

  • That person is Muslim who adopt the faith of Islam. Islam is a religion in which it is believed that:
