The communication of proposals, the acceptance of proposals, and the revocation of proposals<\/span>
and acceptances, respectively, are deemed to be made by any act or omission of the party<\/span>
proposing, accepting or revoking by which he intends to communicate such proposal,<\/span>
acceptance or revocation, or which has the effect of communicating it.<\/span>
Communication of acceptance and revocation of proposals<\/span>
When the proposal is made by any party, the acceptance or revocation of it is to be given by<\/span>
another party. This chapter provides the details regarding how to communicate such acceptance<\/span>
and revocation.<\/span>
Acceptance and revocation of proposal is made by any act or omission of the party proposing,<\/span>
accepting or revokin<\/span><\/p>

SECTION 4:COMMUNICATION WHEN COMPLETE:

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The communication of a proposal is complete when it comes to the knowledge of the person<\/span>
to whom it is made. The communication of an acceptance is complete, as against the\u00a0<\/span>proposer, when it is put in a course of transmission to him, so as to be out of the power of\u00a0<\/span>the acceptor; as against the acceptor, when it comes to the knowledge of the proposer. The\u00a0<\/span>communication of a revocation is complete, as against the person who makes it, when it is\u00a0<\/span>put into a course of transmission to the person to whom it is made, so as to be out of the\u00a0<\/span>power of the person who makes it; as against the person to whom it is made, when it comes\u00a0<\/span>to his knowledge.<\/span><\/p>

When any proposal made by any party and acceptance or revocation is given by the other party,<\/span><\/p>

the communication is completed when:<\/span><\/p>

  • \u00a0The communication of a proposal is completed when:<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 It comes to knowledge of the person to whom it has made.<\/span><\/p>
